As the national association representing all segments of the horse industry in Washington, DC, the American Horse Council works daily to represent your equine interests and opportunities. Any legislation that was not passed in the 109th Congress must be re-introduced and reconsidered. In many cases, bills that were not passed in one Congress are re-introduced in the same form in the following Congress. Thus, some of the bills listed under the 109th Congress are likely to be introduced in the 110th Congress, which convened in January 2007.
